St. Joseph is a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th-grade school.  The faculty and staff are committed to providing an academically rigorous educational program with appropriate academic support services. Each student is viewed as an individual and instructional approaches are designed so that each student has the opportunity to thrive and experience success.




In addition to traditional subject area classes, our academic program also includes:
  •  Academic Intervention Services including  Full-time Reading Specialist, Speech Therapy services, Occupational Therapy (OT) services,Physical Therapy (PT) services
  • Cross-Grade Reading Buddy Program
  • Partnership with Richmond Memorial Library (located directly next to the school)
  • Spanish classes for all grade levels
  • Peer-Tutoring Program
  • Computer Lab with internet access
  •  7th/8th Science Lab Facility
  •  Outdoor Science Lab
  • Instructional Technology (smartboards, Elmos, etc) at all grade levels
